I am therefore refusing your appliactionin reaching a decision i considered several factors regarding your establishment and ties to your country of residence,to assess whether you would be likely to leave canada at the end of your authorized stay,This included consideration of the following grounds.·purpose of visit·your current employment situation·you personal assets and financial status·your travel historyIn accordance with Section A11(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act(irpa),any person wishing to become a temporary resident of canada must satisfy an officer that he or she is not inadmissible to canada and meets the requirements of the Act,This includes the requirement to establish to the satisfaction of the office that the applicant will respect their conditions of admission and will leave canada by the end of the period authorized for his or her stay,Based on the information provided,you have not satisfied me that you would be a genuine temporary resident to canada.this application is closed,please note that any new infromation you wish to provide must be submitted with a new application and processing fee.Should you wish to reapply,I would suggset that you do so

Your application has been considered against the criteria for the following subclasses within VISITOR visa class.
600-VISITOR You did not satisfy Subclause 600.211 of the Migration Regulations 1944,which reads that:&The applicant genuinely intends to stay temporarily in Australia for the purpose for which the visa is granted,having regard to:
(a)whether the applicant has complied substantially with the conditions to which the last substantive visa,or any subsequent bridging visa,held by the aand
(b)whether the applicant intends to comply with the conditions to which the Subclass 600 vand
(c)any other relevant matter.&
