这两个词都可表示身体的“感觉”,有时可以互换,但在表示“感情,心情,感觉”时多用feeling。例如:

误 He could feel a great weight taking off his mind.
正 He could feel a great weight taken off his mind.
析 feel后可接现在分词或过去分词作宾补,其区别在于:若宾语是该动作的受动者就用过去分词; 若宾语是该动词的施动者则用现在分词。

误 I felt myself uncomfortable.
正 I felt uncomfortable.
析 当feel用以说明某人感受某种感情或感觉时,不可接反身代词。
