　　1）前年写的《》非常详细，也被很多人转载了。随着Payoneer官方网站的改版，以及最近推出的无卡账户，觉得有必要更新一下Payoneer申请教程。本文主要针对没有P卡、没有年费、不能网购、也没有ATM取款功能的Payoneer个人无卡账户。如果你打算申请有卡账户，请参考2015年版；如果准备从Lazada、Newegg、Linio等电商平台收款则要。如果你不确定要选哪一种账户，最好先看看此文《》。

账户密码至少要7个字符，并且至少包含1个拉丁字母（a-z）以及一个数字（0-9）。
安全问题（密保）是随机抽取的，要牢记，用来验证帐户和重设密码，英文字母区分大小写

申请无卡帐户，最后要填国内银行卡信息，可用普通的银联借记卡，后续用来提现
帐户持有人类别，添加的是个人银行卡，所以选P（Personal）
银行名称，推荐选择中国银行、招行、工行、农行、建行、邮储、光大，也可添加香港银行帐户
证件号码，填18位身份证号
帐户名称，填持卡人的中文姓名
帐户名称（持卡人的拼音姓名），国内银行卡与Payoneer账户的持有人姓名最好一致
帐号，填银联卡的卡号
支行名称、省份、城市都用中文，请用当地银行提供的分行名称
这里添加的国内银行卡，审核通过后银行帐户描述将显示为：Account Withdrawal（CNY）
最后填手机号，再点“完成”提交Payoneer个人无卡帐户申请
　　如果最后一步提示“请以您的当地语言填写中文地址”，你注册的肯定不是Payoneer无卡帐户，请重新打开【野猪尖的推荐链接】并参考本教程开头的说明，手动选择简体中文！
　　注册Payoneer个人无卡账户时添加国内银行卡信息，账户审核通过后即可收款和提现。注册时要求添加一个人民币币种的银行帐户，后续可在Payoneer后台再添加两张银行卡（可以添加别人的银行卡，但需要额外的关系证明），累积入账满20W时可添加美元/欧元帐户提现美元/欧元。最后点“完成”提交Payoneer个人无卡帐户申请，会立即收到如下邮件：

　　3）接着就是坐等账户通过审核的邮件了。顺利的话，大概等半个小时（最快的可能只要10分钟），你会收到申请已批准的邮件，此时你已经同时拥有美元收款帐户（US Payment Service）和欧元收款帐户（EU Payment Service），登录后台把这些银行信息添加到亚马逊、WISH等电商平台即可开始收款。若提交了Payoneeer注册申请，也提交了身份证相片，但超过5天仍未收到审核通过的邮件，请直接电话联系Payoneer客服催促，以客服答复为准。到时他们可能会要求你提供待收款平台的帐户信息和交易记录截图、描述提供什么样的服务或出售什么产品，等等。
　　照牛排在北京时间日（周六）中午提交Payoneer个人无卡账户申请，周日中午就收到Payoneer账户审批部门的邮件，要求提供和申请资料一致的身份证影印件。按要求提交后等了4天没消息，发邮件问Payoneer帐户审批部门，几小时后收到审核通过的邮件：

你可以扫描，或者用手机拍照，只要清晰。支持JPG、BMP、PNG等图片格式，大小1MB左右
　　为更快地收款，还要完成美国支付服务问卷（欧元支付服务似乎无需验证）。美国支付服务验证不是一劳永逸的，从不同的公司收款可能需要重新验证，所以，收入来源最好是从自己的收款实际出发。比如你在问卷里填的是Amazon，但实际上要从Lazada收款，到时Payoneer会要求你提供Lazada的交易截图。如果你在操作多种网赚项目，并且都要用Payoneer收款，验证时只要选其中一种收入来源即可。

　　亚马逊欧洲站的设置方法类似，德国亚马逊（Amazon.de），西班牙亚马逊（Amazon.es），意大利亚马逊（Amazon.it），法国亚马逊（Amazon.fr），英国亚马逊（Amazon.co.uk）都参考以下设置方法：首先是登录卖家平台，然后点右上角的Settings（设置）下的Account Info（账户信息），在弹出的页面里找到Payment Information（付款信息）选项，选择Deposit Methods（存款方式），然后点击右侧的Add/Edit按钮即可添加或修改收款方式，绑定Payoneer的欧洲银行收款账号。

Amazon欧洲站卖家绑定Payoneer收款
Payoneer欧洲银行账户可接收亚马逊德国、西班牙、意大利、法国等欧洲站点的资金
　　亚马逊欧洲站的欧元可直接免费入账到Payoneer欧洲银行帐户（没有1%的入帐费），所以亚马逊欧洲站点都建议用欧洲银行（德国银行）账户来收款，也就是说银行所在的国家（Bank Location Country）都是选德国（Germany）。
BIC填Payoneer欧洲银行识别码WIREDEMM
IBAN填Payoneer欧洲银行账号，并非P卡卡号
Bank Account Holder Name填Payoneer持卡人姓名。填好后，点Submit提交完成绑定
　　5）Payoneer还可以从亚马逊日本站和加拿大站收款。目前Payoneer暂时没有英镑帐户，亚马逊英国站的英镑会被亚马逊自动转化为Payoneer支持的币种（欧元或美元）。假设用欧元账户收款，Amazon英国站会自动在后台把英镑转化为欧元后再打入Payoneer欧元账户 [ 日更新：Payoneer正测试英国支付服务（英镑帐户），亚马逊英国站可以用英镑帐户来收款，入账也是免费的 ]；亚马逊日本站/加拿大站的日元/加元也能用Payoneer来收，只要在后台Bank Location Country选择Germany，填写Payoneer欧洲银行账户信息即可接收欧元。除亚马逊美国站、欧洲站、英国站以外，其它需要货币转换的亚马逊站点（比如日本站和加拿大站），都建议用欧元或英镑帐户来收款（可免费入帐）。

亚马逊加拿大站、日本站设置Payoneer收款
如果是以公司身份在亚马逊开店，可以绑定Payoneer企业帐户，或者法人/股东的Payoneer个人帐户
　　需要注意的是，用Payoneer收亚马逊的日元、加拿大元时，亚马逊会收币种转换费（大概是3%左右的汇损）。预计2015年年末Payoneer会推出日元和英镑账户，届时可直接用英镑账户和日元账户来接收相应站点的款项，Payoneer的总费用可控制在2%以内。

用Payoneer收亚马逊的日元、加拿大元时，亚马逊会收币种转换费
　　按日的汇率，165051日元约等于1369.9美元，但只发1331.74，少了38.16美元，也就是说亚马逊那边扣了2.785%的货币转换费。还有一位朋友从亚马逊加拿大站收款，按照和讯的汇率129.56加元=86.8959欧元，但只收到83.51欧元，少了3.3859欧元，是因为非美元、欧元和英镑的收款，亚马逊那边会收3%左右的货币转换费。
　　6）亚马逊将每隔14天定期自动发放销售货款到美国/欧洲银行账户（亚马逊以注册之日起14天为一个周期给收款账号打款，每个卖家的注册日子不一样，打款的日期也不一样），资金抵达Payoneer后，我们将在3-4个工作日内会为你审核入账到Payoneer卡（首次接收亚马逊资金需要提交资金来源证明），到账后会有邮件通知，到时你可以随时支取P卡中的资金（推荐直接转帐到国内银行，支持人民币入账）。此外，Payoneer无卡账户也能从Amazon亚马逊卖家平台收款，设置方法和P卡是一样的。
